If you have any: numbness/tingling of the body, visual problems, or high blood pressure related to the headache, let your doctor know this immediately.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take, NSAIDS such as aleve, Ibuprofen etc at NOT safe to take at this point.

Check BP: Check your blood pressure. If anything higher than 140/90 or if persistent headaches, nausea, blurry vision, any concerns, contact your OB immediately

Counting the weeks: Conception time is estimated as 2 weeks after the "start of the pregnancy" when doctors are counting the weeks.  All dates are only estimates.  If a pregnancy is counted starting from August 3rd, conception is about 2 weeks later in mid-August.

Go to the hospital!: A massive headache during pregnancy can be a sign of pre-eclampsia and sometimes is a prelude to a seizure.  You need to go to the hospital for evaluation ASAP (Today).  Most hospitals that deliver babies have a triage unit on Labor and delivery so you shouldn't have to go to the ER.  Pre-eclampsia isn't something that can wait for tomorrow as it can be serious for you and your baby.  Best wishes!

Paracetamol: Paracetamol would be the medication of choice at that point of a pregnancy.

hi, i'm 40 weeks, 2 days pregnant with my first. since friday i've been vomiting and having awful stomach cramps, this let up last night but now i have a headache and really bad lower back pain. i've been told already my baby is back to back. any advice?

Be seen: You are at the point delivery is eminent. Be seen to have you and the baby checked. OP or back to back often makes for a difficult labour but the baby can be turned when the head is reachable. All the best.

COVID 19 concerns:  Can't say what the cause of your symptoms is. However, please be aware that nasal congestion can occur more often during pregnancy. The best way to sort this out is via medical assessment.

You'll know...: The difference between typical stomach pain and labor contractions is the latter comes and goes, feels like a muscular tightening that lasts 30-60 seconds, and then goes away. If you're having these kinds of pains, congrats, it could be early labor! you can watch, however, to make sure the pains are regular and are slowly getting worse (stronger or more frequent). Pre-eclampsia?: Swollen feet are common during pregnancy, but when present with headache, you should get your BP (blood pressure). If BP is elevated, go check with you obstetrician asap as you may have or be at risk of pre-eclampsia, a dangerous condition which can be corrected if diagnosed and treated on a timely basis. Lab tests if showing incr protein in the urine may explain the foot swelling in pre-eclampsia.

i am 26 weeks pregnant. my gynae has advised that my baby has turned already. does this mean that he will come before 40 weeks?

Turned how ?: The comment has no particular meaning. It may reflect a change from a bottom first or sideways to a head down position. I would ask at the next visit.
