If you have any: numbness/tingling of the body, visual problems, or high blood pressure related to the headache, let your doctor know this immediately. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take, NSAIDS such as aleve, Ibuprofen etc at NOT safe to take at this point.

Headache Prenancy: This sounds like a very serious headache. You need to be evaluated by a physician right away. This could be many things of course but at 40 weeks of pregnancy you could also be having a complication of pregnancy requiring emergent evaluation and potentailly emergent treatment. Get someone to take you to the neareast ER right away.
