Go to the hospital!: A massive headache during pregnancy can be a sign of pre-eclampsia and sometimes is a prelude to a seizure. You need to go to the hospital for evaluation ASAP (Today). Most hospitals that deliver babies have a triage unit on Labor and delivery so you shouldn't have to go to the ER. Pre-eclampsia isn't something that can wait for tomorrow as it can be serious for you and your baby. Best wishes!
