Bioidentical hormone: The symptoms of perimenopause are mainly due to either Estradiol deficiency or Progesterone deficiency, or both. Taking vitamins doesn't help the production of these hormones. Look into bioidentical hormone replacement. Also, get a thorough evaluation to make sure there isn't another cause of your symptoms, for example, thyroid deficiency.
