recently he has bladder problems,no fever,not sick at all...he struggle to urinate,he keep his pee in for way to long (more then six hours) after a bottle...when its time to urinate he screams like he is in pain?

Assume there is pain: Though it may be a difficult evaluation my first thought would be the kid has an outlet obstruction of his penis or a urinary tract infection. Putting him in a warm tub bath to pee can relax his belly &amp; may make it easier, but he should be seen to sort this out.

They will often find it easier to pee is a war tub of water if it is painful. Antibiotic ointment after cleaning the site with hydrogen peroxide will often heal the issue in a few days If not, contact his doc.

Let her pee in tub: If you draw a warm bath and let her sit in the warm water it will relax her pelvic muscles and she can pee in the tub with less pain.Paddling a little clean water over the pee hole is therapeutic &amp; may help the symptoms subside. Try tub showers for a while with a spray nozzle.  Sometimes this set of problems is due to sitting in soapy water that is not rinsed effectively from around the pee hole.

my 3 year old daughter keeps saying her vaginal area is itchy (and thus she scratches it a lot). i have checked the area over daily and there is no redness, no rash, no visible irritation at all. she doesnt say it hurts ever, not even when urinating?

Some basics: Many of these kids have simple reactions to soapy bathwater that forms an irritating film on their genitals. Kids dig at them in their sleep &amp; the pee hole can become inflamed from trauma. Having these kids do a tub shower with a spray wand,not sit in soapy water can sometimes reduce this problem.
