Alert pediatrician: If she is passing red jelly like substance have to be seen by pediatrician may be indicative of telescoping of intestine ( intusseception ) an emergency if it is clear mucus still her doctor has to know .

Sign of nflammation: Whther the sympton was caused by a cyst ( in this case a Urachal csyst) or and infection is not clear in an otherwise healthy young child. Pl get your hcild examined by her pediatrician for a quick assessment including urine analysis and culture to rule out infection, requiring treatment. Feel better!
