If you or someone you care about seems to have an eating disorder, get them help sometimes the symptoms cannot b turned around and leave permanent damage.

Suicide's more common in bingers & purgers.

Less common eating issues also exist, like pica, which involves eating non-food items (e.g. Dirt) and "orthorexia, " in which only the "right" foods can be eaten (only organic, local, vegan, etc.). Note : intense exercise to purge is an aspect of an eating disorder.
