: No you do not. The HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests are conclusive at 6 weeks. You did not need the tests at 3 and 4 months and certainly do not need one at 6 months.

There are none: The 4th generation HIV tests are 100% conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. You did not need to wait 3 months, and for sure don't need any further testing unless reexposed recently.

Yes, conclusive: There are no medical conditions that cause false negative HIV tests, especially with the combo (Ag/Ab) tests. Diabetes certainly does not do so. The combo test is conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. Your 3 month result was conclusive and the 6 month test unnecessary.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are very common. Weight changes, hormonal fluctuations, thyroid disease, elevated Prolactin and many others can cause this. Consider seeing an Obgyn to determine if testing is needed. Birth control can often be used to regulate the cycles.

Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then redo a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

PCOS: Try eating a low glycemic index diet. If you're not your ideal weight, attempt to lose weight to help you better ovulate. Letrozole maybe helpful when Clomid (clomiphene) has failed to induce anovulation. Also adding metformin would be very helpful.

Late periods: It's hard to say why it happens, but sometimes we are just late for our period. Even if it's never happened to you before, it could be happening now. Things like  medications, stress, travel, changes in your weight, can all cause a late period. If your pregnancy test is negative, i would see your gyn doc for a check up. S/he might order some hormone blood tests and maybe an ultrasound.
