No you do not. The HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests are conclusive at 6 weeks. You did not need the tests at 3 and 4 months and certainly do not need one at 6 months.

Agree with Dr. H that you do not need to repeat the HIV test, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
