Get medical consult,: Although pregnancy is the number one cause of amennorhea it is the least complicated. The absence of your period is abnormal and needs to be addressed now. Many things may cause this such as infection, masses and endocrine disorders. A visit with your physician and routine lab tests are appropriate and necessary. Don't delay any longer. Good luck.

Missed period: Follow up with doctor/urgent care. Consider thyroid,prolactin, glucose testing. If tests negative consider sonogram of uterus/ovaries or CT of abdomen/pelvis for masses. Try fluids 2-3 liters a day water alternating with juices, gatarade ( diet), high fiber diet with brown rice, oats, kale,strawberries, avocados. Urination can be from constipation or glucose rarely pituitary issue.
