Depends on size: If the fibroid is large then the overall size of the uterus will feel bigger. On sonogram the report should specify the size of the fibroid

Surgical options can be explored depending on the size and symptoms

Very unlikely: If what you're saying is that you had your tubes tied and a uterine ablation then it is very unlikely you are pregnant. Chances of pregnancy for a woman in their 20's with tubal ligation is about 1 in 200.  Not zero, but very low.  1cm is normal uterine width, even following ablation. If you're worried about pregnancy, though, take a home pregnancy test, that will clear your mind.

im hurting in my uterus. i haven't had a period in over 2 months. pregnancy test said no but i have all the symptom of pregnancy. what could be wrong?

Pain in pelvis: There could be pregnancy, but this could be many other things including especially serious conditions like an ectopic pregnancy or pelvic inflammatory disease. You should be evaluated by your doctor and have blood drawn for preganancy and infection and a pelvic examination  performed to make sure there is nothing worse happening. I would get evaluated asap.

Pregnancy: Pregnancy test over the counter are very accurate. However, you can be pregnant and the test can be negative if you check too early. You can test when you have missed your menses. In your case if you test again and its negative you can be assured your not pregnant.
