Read labels: Only allowed 2 gm of trans fat, and 20 gm of saturated fats per day. Avoid fast food and soda. Watch the movie 'supersize it' and you will realize what not to do. Take a online nutrition class the one offered by copper institute and you will be well on your way. Diet is only one of the pillars, exercise is the other. They go hand in hand.

Discuss this with Dr: Tell your doctor you'd like to stop and follow the recommended plan for doing so. Ask for or find a good nutrition plan for your particular needs and continue the exercise. It might require patience, but you can do it. Good luck.

App tracker food: the best is myfitnesspal. Give it a try. Very easy and most comprehensive. But for most detailed tracking you will need to pay a fee. So see how you like the free part first.

if i've eaten same types of food over many years now, why would these recorded foods give me migraine aura now i'm older?confused.

Bodies change: You can develop a sensitivity to any agent, food or otherwise any day of your life. You are not generally born with any, but bodies can react to foods like your immune system would to a vaccine. Repeated challenges build the response. Welcome to getting older. You can't do many things you did when young &amp; this includes foods.

Constant GI pain??: Doesn't sound good to me. Need a good GI work-up. Think stomach(ulcer, cancers), pancreas, liver, kidneys, intestines.  Need to get thorough history, physical examination, and laboratory and see where to go from there.  Good luck!

i took 1 claritin (loratadine) 24 hour last night and 1 clairtin d 24 today around 3pm.  i just vomited 3x after dinner, food taste very bitter. er visit???

Indeterminate at this point.: The Claritin (loratadine) during the dosage studies was initially dose up to 40 mg per day. A normal Claritin (loratadine) is only 10 mg. You're not normally going to have those kind of symptoms just from an allergy medication. You certainly could have a viral syndrome. Perhaps you're even developing appendicitis. If you have a fever, do not feel like eating, and are having progressive pain, then I suggest you might want to visit the emergency room.

vomiting daily. endoscopy clear  biopsy showed gastroenteritis. food diary didn't help. on zofran (ondansetron) but no relief. 10 years old. going on for yrs. next?

Abdominal migraine?: An uncommon cause of frequent vomiting, with normal growth and no obvious causes, may be abdominal migraines or cyclic vomiting syndrome. It can be treated with a migraine med- periactin (cyproheptadine hydrochloride) is sometimes used. This is not common, but my son actually had it when he was 11. Resolved completely with medication. You may need to consult a pediatric neurologist for this.

i take lansoprazole in morning due to acid reflux. 
i have ibs & im lactose intolerant.

i have a bubble (uncomfortable knot, not painful)  in my right rib, it goes and comes back. it hurts to touch. i have tried a food diary but nothing stands out?

Right rib cage: The gall bladder, liver and some intestines are located just below the right lower ribs. Your physician can examine you and then order a right upper quadrant ultrasound and any other tests that he/she deems appropriate. In the meantime avoid fried and fatty foods.
