Missing info: Any 2 yo that has not made urine in 10-12 hrs should be evaluated. You get the most accurate info from this site when you provide background information before you ask any question. Has the kid been sick, vomiting, refusing fluids, had diarrhea, etc. all matter.Is she drinking fluids ? Diapers just not as wet ? The bottom line = no pee suggests dehydration or kidneys don't work. Get seen.

Hard to tell: If those symptoms are continuing and not resolving, then re-checking with md to re-evaluate and examine her would be the best advice...   Viral infections can mimic bacterial for the first 3-7 days of an illness, but after that - i always want to re-check and look closer...  If not getting better...

Urination: Is she toilet trained?  Are you sure she has not urinated?  It is possible she went potty without you knowing, or if wearing diapers it is possible she peed when she pooped and you could not tell.  Is she vomiting?  It sounds like she is well hydrated.  Is she puffy?  That would be a sign of kidney problems.

Confusing question: A 2 yo will often develop local irritation around the pee hole if they sit in soapy bath water &amp; the genitals are not completely rinsed with clean water before exiting. Nothing about her breath has to do with her pee. If she has weird breath it may be a metabolic issue as  part of an illness (not eating) and would deserve a visit to sort out.

AMENORRHEA: Pregnancy test is more accurate if done by blood instead of urine. Do you have am sickness?  Give time and do it again.

AURI: Ordinary  auri  is a viral sickness usually self limited unless with bacterial complication. Diminished urine output is dehydration or lack of fluid intake. If accompanied with loss of appetite child is really sick and needs to see a doctor.

Likely virus: These symptoms are common problems which happen when children catch a virus (a "cold"), especially in the winter-time.  Children can catch cold viruses several times a year.  They usually last only a few days.  If they last a long time or happen quite often talk to your daughter's doctor.
