Urination: Is she toilet trained? Are you sure she has not urinated? It is possible she went potty without you knowing, or if wearing diapers it is possible she peed when she pooped and you could not tell. Is she vomiting? It sounds like she is well hydrated. Is she puffy? That would be a sign of kidney problems.

Urinating: you might want to let her sit in the hot tube and massage her stomach to see if it help. Inspect her private area to make sure there is nothing irritated or hurting.
