Could be hemorrhoid: Any entity inside your bowel; food, stool, polyp, foreign body, hemorrhoid can and will pass rectally, so yes. Occasionally a polyp will try to pass rectally, but still being attached to the wall of the colon, can not fully detach. A colonoscopy, and/or exam with your doc are the best ways to address this problem. Be well.

: Sperm entering an anus die in minutes and can never trigger pregnancy in a man or woman that way. Transgender men have woman organs. Vaginal sex with a male can make them pregnant.

i have something around my anus feels like a ballon and smooth around 1 cm or less , its external not gettin bigger no pain nor bleeding , wts this?

Probably: An external hemorrhoid although they are usually associated with some pain and ocassionally bleeding. Could also be a small cyst or lipoma. Best to get it checked by a colorectal surgeon.

Hemmorhoid: After a bout of constipation getting a hemorrhoid is not unusual. As long as it does not leader is not painful there is no problem. To prevent yourself from getting more do not sit on the toilet and read a magazine or newspaper and try to have a high fiber diet to prevent more constipation.

Anal Fissure: What you described suggest anal fissure. It would help to keep your stool soft to give the tears time to heal. Use a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so that your urine is colorless. If it does not get better in three months after having consistently soft stools it would be time to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have a swelling about 3 cm from my anus, can this be a tumor? honestly it seems some days its more inflamed than others, slight pain upon touch not really though. doctor said to just leave it, but im worried its more?? opinion would be great, ty?
