I have a swelling about 3 cm from my anus, can this be a tumor? honestly it seems some days its more inflamed than others, slight pain upon touch not really though. doctor said to just leave it, but im worried its more?? opinion would be great, ty?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your doctor examined it and was not concerned and you are not satisfied with that, it would be prudent to see a different doctor. Wish you good health!
