Listen to your body: If you have dry hair, ingesting more essential fatty acids as supplements or in your food may help. Use a shampoo that doesn't strip out oils. Follow with a conditioner that that has good oils. Read the ingredients carefully because many additives in shampoos and conditioners are not healthy. Olive oil and coconut oil are generally healthy for hair.
