People vary: The image looks like dry not oily hair! some people produce more oil from the glands in their hair than others. It's just the way it is, however if you have a good salon with knowledge of what hair products may b best 4 ur condition. U need 2 b seen @ a salon that mayb 2 $$ 4 u but 1 hair cut and some good advise may b worth it. That's an orthopedic surgeons best answer.
