No: Your belly button has no connection to the baby. However, the inner belly button is a common place for yeast to grow and sometimes bacterial infections. Put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in there and let it bubble out the material then blow dry that area 3-4 times day to help kill whatever is causing the material to come out. See your OB at normal follow up and discuss it.

If your see discharge in your belly button it is likely dirty and simply needs to be cleaned out with soap and a Qtip.
