Right sided pain. : In general, pregnancy itself should not cause pain. If you are concerned about being pregnant, you need to do a pregnancy test. Pregnancy and pain is a concerning combination and you need to be evaluated by your OB GYN right away. Most of the time, the source of pain associated with a pregnancy is benign but there are certain conditions that are very serious.
