Cardiologists are fondly quoted as saying that the best blood pressure is the minimum necessary to keep you vibrant, energetic & upright w/o feeling weak, woozy, lightheaded or dizzy, especially when changing positions quickly.
Besides, blood pressure varies according to position (see above) & conditions. Still, it's not a bad idea to monitor your BP more closely and calibrate your cuff.
