Laparoscopic gallbladder removal

Laparoscopic gallbladder removal

Share

Link copied

Laparoscopic surgery is a means of operating through small incisions and trochars using a camera attached to a visualizing scope, with the picture transmitted to a television monitor. Small instruments are used, placed through the trochars, to remove the gallbladder from its attachments with small clips placed on the bile and artery connections.
