Get evaluated: Pelvic pain could be cyclic or noncyclic. Could be from Gynecologic origin or from non gyn origin or a combination of conditions. If the pain has lasted more than 6 months then we called it chronic pelvic pain. Since the pelvis harbours multiple organs, ie bladder/uterus/tubes/ovaries/bowel/muscles/joints/etc, it is important that all the potential culprits be evaluated.
