Could be a hernia: The straining of working out may be causing some entrapment of a hernia during the workouts, that gradually resolves. Other pelvic pain causes could be: infection, cysts on ovaries, fibroid tumors, torsion of ovary if a cyst is present. Sounds concerning, should see your pcm.
