Chronic pelvic pain: Can be difficult. I assume a source of tissue damage or problem has been ruled out. If so, there could be a psychiatric contributor. It's not all in your head but all pain is registered in the head and if there is a mood or stress problem the meds need to be geared to help pain. If there is no source it may be your only option but not hard to do, l do a private if no explanation, need ur meds.

Need to be seen: Pain that is debilitating needs an evaluation. Could be many things - infections, endometriosis, cysts, appendicitis, GI infections. Worse with movement may indicate peritonitis, inflammation of the lining of the abdomen.
