A member asked:

What is causing left pelvic pain in a woman?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

More info needed: A woman has many structures in the left pelvis that can be sources of pain. Ovarian cysts, abcesses, or tumors, pelvic infections or endometriosis, bladder or kidney infections or stones, and constipation or other colon conditions can all cause pain in this area. Or you could simply be ovulating, have strained a muscle, or have a hernia. I'd advise you to see your doctor.
