After circumcision: U can use an ice pack, especially at night. Your dr. Might consider giving you a prescription for Ativan (lorazepam) 1mg nightly. Also 1/2 - 1 mg 8 hrly (max 3 doses/24hrs) during day if ur home ; resting and not driving. Avoid erotic magazines, books or movies. Good luck.
