You are lucky: The last thing you need after a circumcision is a full erection that would put stress on the healing surfaces. The procedure itself is very superficial. It does not in any way hurt the nerve fibers that allow you to become erect or to maintain such an erection. In time you may notice a spontaneous wetness after sleep as a signal everything is in order. Avoid one until your doc says it is okay.
