Breakthrough bleed: This sounds like the birth control pill isn't helping very much with your cycle control. This can be due sometimes to your own hormones overwhelming what the pill is trying to do. You can consider talking to md about higher dose pill. You can talk to md about possible endometriosis or adenomyosis diagnosis and how to treat. Bottom line, you likely need a different approach to treat bleeding.
