Yeast vs UTI vs STD: White cottage cheesy discharge associated w/vaginal itch makes me think of a yeast infection. Scratching could lead to cut that might only be painful during urination. However, painful urination also suspicious for UTI or urinary tract infection as well as std or sexually transmitted disease (infection). So best to go see your family doc for diagnosis & treatment.
