A member asked:

Even with a condom, how does this happen im getting std's or discharge?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not 100% effective: No method of contraception, besides abstinence, prevents 100% of sexually transmitted disease spread. Condoms do prevent the spread of STDs most of the time by creating a barrier, but they can break or leak and allow the infection to be passed to the partner. If you think you might have an std, you might consider seeing a physician.
