Herpes simplex: Unlikely. Individuals who get herpes outbreaks most commonly have them occur in the same area of the initial site of infection. You can conceivably transmit it to others with immediate sharing of a razor, but not likely to spread to other areas in your own body. Bear in mind, however, that nothing is impossible.
