Genital : Genital and oral (mouth) herpes is spread by direct contact with the herpes virus (through intimate contact). In addition oral herpes can be spread by sharing the same glass. Cigarette, lipstick, etc. Spreading of the virus through inanimate objects such as towels or bed sheets is highly unlikely since the herpes virus can not live outside the body for very long. As far as razors are concerned, you should never share a razor with anyone due to the fact that blood may be present which presents many other risks. Take care.
