Can you use locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) lipocream for your vagina area?

Steroids in vulva: Locoid: relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in adults. Do you have a vulvar condition that warrants steroid use in that area? That medication can have side effects like thinning of the vulva if used with no proper indication. Some conditions need steriod cream therapy but i dont know which condition you have.
