Medication: Both drugs can be mixed together.However, you should check with your doctor as to when to apply the creams. He may have wanted you to apply the Locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) once or twice a week and the xogel to be applied every day.

30 mins apart: The empiric rule of thumb is to apply topical cream or lotion at least 30 minutes apart. However in your case, why not on different days?
