Maybe Yeast: I think you asked a question yesterday about inflammation. That's great finished meds. When you open lips and there is a line of red, that could be a yeast infection, which is common to get when you are on antibiotics. You can get a check from doctor to confirm, or you can try some otc anti-fungal.

See an OB/GYN: Sounds as if there may be a secondary yeast infection, but the best person to determine that is the doctor who did your pelvic exam. If you cannot get a satisfactory answer, get a second opinion. Good luck.
