Hope not: Since it has been at least 6 months, your tear should be healed, and with some caution, you should be fine. With your history though, i would be honest with your partner, take it slow and easy and assure you are lubricated to prevent another tear.

No: In a virgin girl there is a partial membrane covering the vaginal opening , it is called "hymen". When a girl has the sex for the first time it tears and bleeds. It should not happen again.
