Frenulum tongue hurts after oral sex how long to heal?

No activity: Lay off the oral sex for a few days and take some anti-inflammatories, you should be good to go again in a matter of a few days.

Depends: Like any other trauma to the body, it depends on how severe it is. For you, specifically, these types of lesions usually heal in about a week or two. If this is a recurring problem, ask your dentist/oral surgeon to remove the frenulum, and then you'll never have to worry about it again. That's a pretty easy procedure nowadays in most cases. Good luck!
