Probably not: Not likely a std. Would not show up this quickly. Probability due to trama to the tonque from the activity, especially near the frenum. May have rubbed against your lower teeth. It will heal shortly. Little can be done on this site besides rinsing, best with hot salt water twice daily for 30 sec. Any questions, visit your dentist.
