Can be: Lichen sclerosus can progress to vulvar cancer. The resorption of the labia and clitoral hood cause the changes you have noticed. The condition is treatable, but you need to see your gynecologist.

Possibly: Lichen sclerosis can cause significant genital scarring. Likely that is what is occurring to you. I would recommend that you follow up with you gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.
