Cherry Tumor: It is either a blood blister from a minor injury, a blocked hair follicle (most likely in the young) related to changing hormones or it is a benign blood vessel growth known as a hemangioma. If it does not calm down you should show your dad to see if a doctor needs to take a look at it.
