I had a c-section 3 weeks ago along with a depo-provera shot, can i get pregnant?

Unlikely: Usually takes several weeks after pregnancy for ovulation to be restored, depending if breastfeeding or not. With the addition of depo-provera, unlikely for preganncy to occur 3 weeks after.
