Usually, : Usually, most women begin ovulation again in 12-14 weeks after their last Depo-Provera shot. If you have been off it longer and cannot become pregnant, then you may need a medical evaluation. Sometimes hormonal issues, including thyroid, can affect periods. Also weight, too high or too low, can affect ovulation. If you continue to not be able to get pregnant please be seen for an evaluation.
