Can sex cause sciatica?

Wouldn't normally: Think of sex as a cause for sciatica. Perhaps if an individual was in sexual positions that caused pressure to sciatic nerve it could trigger already existing sciatica.
Dr. Qamar Khan

Possibly: If you were in weird positions or flexing/twisting your body alot during sex you can cause disc herniation so it is possible. If it does not improve, see your doctor for further evaluation.
