E. coli: E . Coli is usually present in stool. If the wiping is not done from front to back then e. Coli gets transmitted to urethra and vagina. I suppose the situation is, it is not going away after antibiotic. May be there is recto- vaginal fistula passing constant stool to vagina. Please have thorough pelvic examination by your doctor.
