Yes: Often women have some pain when they have cervicitis. You should go back to your doctor and have an exam because the antibiotics that treat this cervicitis should work pretty quickly. It's possible you have a resistant strain or have an additional infection. Your doctor needs to examine you though and possibly run additional tests.
