If you have regular period every month, 28-30 days, chance of conception is low because ovulation would not happen on the seventh or eighth day even if you did not take plan B. Plan B pill delayed or stopped ovulation so chance of conception is exceptionally low or nil. If you do not want to get pregnant or if you are still single, you should take oral contraceptive or practice safe sex.
