What would cause bloating. tightness in vagina and sharp pain in rectum. also have breast pain. last intercourse 12 auh. lmp auf 14 for 4 days. caus?

More issues: The listed sign and symptoms constellations are difficult to put together and give your a single answer. If you have anal intercourse , the sharp pain could be a tear . Aggressive infection like gonorrhea can present in signs and symptoms that can preset as an acute abdomen . The breast tenderness is a bit odd to fit in . Pregnancy could be in play though less likely .I suggest evaluation

Air is prob. cause: Most cases of bloating are caused by ingestion of air every time you swallow you ingest air. That, plus the breakdown of of the foods and fluids we take in produces gas, and frequently this makes itself evident with pain in the rectal and vaginal areas. Increasing your activity by exercise will usually dissipate the gas and relieve the bloating sensation
