Vulvitis: Vulvitis can be caused by many things. Common culprit is yeast (any discharge?) but also irritants as lubricants, pantyliners or thongs/nylon underwear can cause this. Wear loose clothing, don't scratch and if you have a thick white discharge see your doctor for some treatment. Epsom salt baths help too.

Yeast: Vulvar and vaginal itching is frequently from yeast overgrowth. Topical vagisil otc can help with the itching and Monistat derm is helpful for external yeast for an otc treatment. If these fail, prescription antifungal antibiotics may be required.
