See your doctor: It's impossible to know without doing an exam. Sometimes it's hard to get an evaluation for a private part of the body, but it's really important to have persistent symptoms checked, especially in areas you can't see. Possiblities range from things that won't affect your long-term health, to serious diagnoses that can be cured when they're caught early. See your doctor for an exam.
